Building on the success of the historic Harrods Dining Hall refurbishment, this project required seamless integration with Umdasch's permanent design engineering team to deliver their signature high-end retail aesthetic for Harrods' Beauty section. The challenge was to maintain the exacting standards of both Harrods and Umdasch while creating a cohesive design language that could be implemented across UK stores.

Tasked with executing precise mechanical detailing for the historic Harrods Dining Hall renovation, this project demanded exceptional attention to detail and innovative solutions. The challenge encompassed preserving protected historical elements while implementing modern dining facilities and meeting the exacting standards expected of one of London's most prestigious retail locations.

Tasked with developing a transformative building solution that would maximize the client's existing sheet metal manufacturing capabilities while creating a new market opportunity. The key challenge was designing a structural external building system that could be efficiently produced using the company's current production facilities and machinery, while meeting commercial standards for modular garden offices.

Stepping into a critical role following the unexpected departure of the lead design engineer, this project required seamless continuation of an existing AHU design while maintaining project momentum and delivery timelines. The immediate challenge was to navigate existing documentation and bring complex assemblies through to manufacture while coordinating across design, technical, and production teams.

As part of a large TFL infrastructure refurbishment boost, like Whitechapel Cross-Rail work. Here we have Complex Geometry being imported from AUTOCAD into Inventor for further detailed mechanical models of internal acoustic panels that form the passageways underground for travellers.

Tasked with the creation of bespoke acoustic panelling working as part of the SAS International team with familiar Building Envelope contractors.

Contract at Trueform Engineering. A main provider of TFL Public Infrastructure and general signage of the UK.

​HIgh throughput of projects through this busy design and production company based in London.

Work predominantly involved fulfilling client orders for manufacture, updating old designs to intelligent 3D models for future adaptivity and creating CE standard production drawings.

Work ranged from drafting GAs for client sign off, along with renders where clients required a more visual understanding of Trueform's products.
